This commercial building was designed with the flexibility to offer up to 6 separate rental modules, with the added benefit of combining multiple modules for increased space if needed. Additionally, the building was designed to accommodate a potential third level, providing even more options for tenants.

The building’s facade was inspired by the modern Californian trend, with a sleek and clean design that features white as the base color for a calming and harmonious aesthetic. Natural elements, such as stone and wood details, were incorporated to add warmth and texture to the building’s exterior. The result is a commercial building that is functional, flexible, visually appealing, and in tune with modern design trends.
